The P&E Origin Story
It all began in Scottsdale, Arizona, where the seeds of Pearl & Elmore were sown. Lauren Pearl, a seasoned business strategist, joined forces with Dr. Josh Elmore, a renowned social-organizational psychology expert, for an executive offsite event that would alter the trajectory of their professional paths.
Convinced of the critical role strategic offsites play in the success of remote and hybrid organizations, they realized they had developed a best-in-class solution. This revelation led to the birth of Pearl & Elmore - a partnership dedicated to delivering Next Level Offsites.

The defining moment for Pearl & Elmore was facilitating a strategic offsite for a startup team. The CEO's desire for better team communication and culture led P&E to co-create a session that yielded astonishing results.
Lauren and Josh's distinct backgrounds in business strategy and people management blended seamlessly, creating a dynamic synergy. Lauren Pearl
Lauren is an expert in crafting winning strategies for growing teams. An independent consultant and lecturer who's worked with over 150 growing companies, Lauren supports teams across diverse sectors including Tech, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Telecom, Media, and more. Her unique approach is borne from her unusual background: A Stern MBA, former Deloitte Strategy Consultant, tech executive, 2X founder, and former software engineer who grew up running a 200-year-old family shoe business.
Dr. Josh Elmore
Dr. Josh is an expert in organization and team development. Leveraging his PhD in social-organizational psychology, he has helped Fortune 500s, non-profits, startups, and small businesses in tech, healthcare, media, and human services to promote team communication, examine remote employee engagement and collaboration, produce IT adoption, address culture change, and enhance DEI initiatives. Dr. Josh is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University.
